Mabuhay! I'm Bunso aka Mary, the Owner, Creator and Chef behind Bunso's Kitchen; a Filipino Pop-up Restaurant. This all started when I was just cooking for my family and friends. I've always enjoyed being in the kitchen and to be honest most of my best memories are in the kitchen. I come from a family who can COOK. My parents used to always host parties and they've always been known for their delicious Filipino cuisines. We've made a lot of connections just by feeding people. It's time I keep that tradition going but putting my own flare to it. I have family and friends from across the world that can't necessarily always have Bunso's food.. but the closest thing I can offer is my sauces and recipes so that a piece of Bunso is always in YOUR Kitchen.
